STANLEY PARK SUNDAY NIGHT CONCERT SERIES PRESENTS STILL KICKIN’ WITH THE BIG CITY HORNS JUNE 23, 2024

Still Kickin’ with The Big City Horns is Connecticut and western Massachusetts’s premier family friendly, high energy, powerhouse 10-piece horn band for the past 16 years. The band delivers a variety of rock n roll, R&B, Motown, blues, and swing music. Our song list includes something for everyone: Tower of Power, AWB, James Brown, the Doobie Brothers, Blues Brothers, Chicago, Santana, Steely Dan, Van Morrison, the Beatles and more.

The band features vocals, trumpet, trombone, soprano saxophone, tenor saxophone and alto saxophone, keyboard, guitar, bass and drums to create a full, powerful and danceable sound.

The band has received numerous rave and glowing reviews and has performed at numerous outdoor concerts, fairs and festivals, weddings and casinos. The musicians in the band are well known and respected veterans with many years of professional experience and know how to deliver a fantastic performance every time.

This performance begins at 6:00 p.m. and it is free of charge. Chairs will be provided and a food service will be available.
