Park Square Realty Celebrates 35th Anniversary

2022 marks the 35th anniversary of Park Square Realty.  The company was founded in 1987 by Carolyn Coughlen, Kate Cheever and Jeanne Mitchell with one office on Elm Street in Westfield and a few Realtor associates.  The company saw success right from the start and built a reputation as an excellent company with agents that were great to work with. 

Park Square Realty was purchased by Carolyn’s son Ted Cassell in 2001. In 2002, Park Square opened its second location with the hiring of Barry Boccasile as the Manager of that location and the Director of Growth and Development.  Since that time, Park Square Realty has grown with its two offices in Westfield and West Springfield and now has 56 agents and counting.  Park Square Realty is a leading independent, locally owned real estate company serving Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.  Park Square Realty handles residential, commercial, and land sales along with residential rentals.  Park Square Realty closed over $121 Million in sales volume in 2021.
