Nicole Wzorek Designs to hold a Grand Opening Celebration at its new Location on April 23rd from 2 - 5 pm
Westfield- Nicole Wzorek invites you to celebrate the Grand Opening of her design studio, Nicole Wzorek Designs, at 76 Court Street on Sunday, April 23rd 2:00-5:00 PM.
Born and raised in Westfield, Wzorek found her passion in high school, “I always loved art, and my high school art teacher suggested fashion design since I taught modeling for a couple years. I learned to drape fabric and fell in love with the art of creating a dress from nothing.” Her education took her to the Boston area, where she earned a B.S. in business and a B.A. in Fashion Design from Lasell College. She then continued onto New York and London, where she refined her skills and techniques before returning to Westfield in 2016 and opening her first studio.
With a business that focuses on custom bridal and formalwear, Wzorek says, “My mission is to create sophisticated, hand-crafted garments in an experience that enables a collaborative relationship with each client for the one of a kind pieces they’ve always dreamed of.” She also works with corsets and lingerie and provides bridal alteration services.
The grand opening celebration will begin at 2:00 PM with a ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Mike McCabe. Guests are welcome to tour the space and enjoy a performance by Pipe Sergeant Rory McLean of the Holyoke Cadelonians. Refreshments will be served, including a custom designed cookie by Chrissy G’s Bakery.
