Municipal software upgrade to cause online service interruption on April 27 and April 28

Westfield-The City will be performing a municipal software upgrade on Thursday, April 27 through Friday, April 28, 2023.

During this time, there will be no access to online bill payments for Tax and Utility Bills and no Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements will be processed until the upgrade is complete.  Bills payments will still be accepted through US Mail or in-person, but may not reflect online until 24-48 hours after the upgrade.

Other online services will not be impacted, such as parking ticket payment and City Clerk’s office requests.

All City departments will remain open and most municipal services will continue to function. Please be aware that there may be delays in issuing non-emergency building, plumbing or electrical permits. It is advised that permit requests be submitted by Wednesday, April 26 or after Monday, May 1, 2023.
