About

Businessowners expect in-depth expertise and strong representation from their legal advisors. They deserve to have a legal team that has strong relationships with the community and its leadership, is respected in the business community as a whole, and which approaches all relationships and business dealings in an empathetic and fair way. Representation at a fair price is also an expectation, but harder to find.

The attorneys at Fitzgerald Law understand and respect each of those expectations. For decades, we have been serving our clients to meet if not exceed them. We are a business advisory firm that is focused on the areas of commercial finance, real estate development, dispute resolution, regulatory affairs, contract negotiation, as well as zoning, permitting and licensing, among a variety of other legal needs serving the business owner and leadership team.
