Westfield, MA — En3rgy Up Organic Juices & More is inviting the community to a festive Customer Appreciation event this Saturday, celebrating Puerto Rican culture with delicious food, live music, and a sneak peek of exciting new products for 2025. Owner Becky Gonzalez, a proud Puerto Rican breast cancer survivor, will be offering complimentary plates of arroz con gandules (rice with pigeon peas) and pernil (slow-roasted pork shoulder), a traditional Puerto Rican Christmas dish, alongside a lively parranda. A parranda is a joyful Puerto Rican tradition that involves carolers singing festive songs while visiting friends and neighbors, spreading holiday cheer. Guests at the event will experience the warmth and rhythm of this holiday custom, adding to the spirit of the season.
In addition to the festive food and music, Becky will be debuting samples of En3rgy Up’s 2025 products, including acai bowls and smoothies, available while supplies last. The shop has been a local favorite since it opened in March 2024, offering organic juices, ginger shots, healthy snacks, and baked goods made with all-natural, organic ingredients.
"I started my business gradually, beginning with organic juices," said Becky Gonzalez. "By the end of 2024, I expanded to include organic baked goods and healthy snacks. In 2025, I'm excited to take En3rgy Up to the next level by introducing acai bowls and smoothies.
