Begin with the fresh and savory creations of E.Silver Charcuterie and then enjoy one of these delectable meals -- you can't go wrong with any of these!

1. Menu 1: Beef tenderloin with a mushroom medley, rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes, roasted green beans, and garlic bread baguette, presented by Shortstop Bar & Grill -- vegetarian option of spinach ravioli is available. Please order Menu 1 and contact the Chamber to specify vegetarian option.

2. Menu 2: Beef brisket mac & cheese with parmigiana crust, topped with frizzled leeks, and drizzled with red wine caramel, presented by The Tavern

3. Menu 3: Braised short rib with Port wine demi, garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, presented by Tribeca Gastro Bar & Grille

4. Menu 4: Stuffed chicken breast with prosciutto, Gruyère cheese and spinach, native green beans and herbed rice pilaf, presented by Tucker's Restaurant

Dessert is a delectable assortment of pastries and sweets proudly presented by the Culinary Arts program at Westfield Technical Academy.
