We are a 262-unit manufactured home retirement community on 50 park-like acres. Hampden Village offers a quiet, country setting, but we are in close proximity to downtown Westfield, where you'll find shops, restaurants, banks, and more. Our location also provides easy access to the Massachusetts Turnpike. While the land in the community is owned by Hampden Village, each resident owns their home and pays a reasonable monthly lot fee. Both existing homes and new construction are available.
